SEATTLE FITZ has scored another impressive winner at Churchill Downs. The long awaited John Kelly broke his maiden in his 2nd start in late June in Maiden Special Weight Company. Warren, Jr. and trained by David Carroll. Ridden to victory by jockey Corey Lanerie, the colt was bred in Kentucky by Doug Arnold, Glasscock Financial, LLC & Bert Blieden. He sold for $600,000 at the 2008 Barrett’s March 2 Year Old in Training Sale.
